It is my pleasure to recommend Don Valdez as a Senior Team Manager. I came to know Don during an extensive training for <Notebook Company> at <Outsourced Center>. Don distinguished himself by proactively leading the group in any related activity. Don is highly intelligent and has excellent leadership and communication skills. He demonstrated his oral articulateness in many instances during training or even in a small group discussion. He has also demonstrated good team working skills in group assignments. At a personal level, Don has a pleasant personality and a strong character. Throughout our training, Don demonstrated great perseverance and initiative which I believe are the big factors for his promotion to Senior Team Manager in just a couple of months working as a Team Manager for <Notebook Company>. There was no doubt in my mind that he will move up in a short time. In the belief that his performance and promotion is an indication of his abilities and capabilities as a Team Manager, he would definitely be an extremely positive asset to the Company. Don and I never got the chance to mix our minds to the max, however one thing I can bank on this guy is his how he trusts individuals. Once he entrusts you with something, technically, failure will never be an option. A good friend and a mentor (since my quality days). He always believed, and never stopped believing.
